Hi, I'm New Tothis Website. I Live In The Upper Darby Area. I Have A First Grader Starting At Hillcrest Elementary. I Wanted To Know If Anyone Is From The Area And If They Could Direct Me To Any Before School Programs Outside Of The School District. They Are Currently Full, And School Doesnt Start Until 8:30 Am. Also If Anyone Can Maybe Suggest Any Neighborhood Parents That Walk The Kids To School In The Morning That Would Be Great! Thanks
