Hi!
I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good birth classes in the area. I'm trying to find one later in the day, and also one that supports Dh's being involved. If anyone has heard of any good ones please let me know...thanks!

We went to Claire Stanley (I think she calls it "BCO" for "baby comes out".) I got the reccomendation from the Birth and Family Place. Her classes are once a week for like six weeks in the evening. She is a doula and has worked as a delivery nurse in almost all the hospitals and also attended home births. The classes had my husband very involved. Her number is 801-466-5822.

Manessa Adams teaches Birthing From Within in Murray. It's very partner involved. If you want her info, PM me and I'll give it too you, or you can go to the Birthing From Within Website and get her number from there, too.

Adrianna teaches Bradley. You can actually google her and you'll get her info. I believe it's Adrianna Costello.
Bradley is Husband Coached childbirth. I think her info is also at the birth center. Last heard she was going to start teaching something there. I took her classes at night and I believe there were 12. It was a wealth of information. All about labor and the process of it, plus coping strategies.
Good luck!
