I don't know anyone who is nursing in the GTA, sorry can't help you there... if you ever feel like driving to Montreal I think our babes will be born around the same time (julyish).
I'm not sure of the details of your autoimmune disease, but have you considered inducing lactation (yourself)? People have differing results but it could certainly help!
