Hello all,

We're going to be spending a couple of months at my mother's place in the Washington, DC area (Silver Spring) this summer and I'm looking for some good yoga classes that I can take with my now 3-month old. Any recommendations?

Willow Street Yoga has those classes. My DS has gone to their older child classes and loves them. They have studios in downtown Silver Spring and nearby Takoma Park (about a 5 min. drive from their other studio). Send me a PM when you get to town - we're very close.

I had to look around for prenatal classes when the willow street class was full, and found Circle Yoga to be awesome! It's just south of the Connecticut Ave. Circle, and works out to be just about as far to get to as Willow Street for me, despite living near downtown Silver Spring, due to traffic and parking in Silver Spring. Try the Hot Momma Fitness Studio in Bethesda (about fifteen minutes down the road from Silver Spring).

I did prenatal yoga at Circle Yoga and can vouch for it being an awesome place to practice. The instructor is the same for Mommy and Me, and I've heard great things about that class as well.
