I live by Youngstown Ohio and would love to find some SAHM who live by me. I'm an RN who has been a SAHM since I had my son 2 1/2 years ago. I also have three older daughters that are 21, 20 and 16 years old. My son just weaned himself from breastfeeding and we are working on the potty training thing now. I am pregnant with our 5th and last baby (its a BOY!). We are planning on an unassisted homebirth when our son is due around New Year's Eve. I would love to talk to other mothers who have had homebirths, have toddlers (& may want to form a play/suppory group). I feel like I'm alone in having a homebirth and don't know anymothers who have little ones (when you are a SAHM you feel isolated at times).

Can't help you with the homebirth thing (I had complicated pregnancies and a somewhat complicated delivery with the second) but I don't know anyone around here who doesn't think I'm nuts (except for our babysitter whom I adore). I live in Austintown and it would be nice to meet someone who understands the babywearing, extended BF etc thing. Oh, and my mother had two homebirths (one of which I attended) so I'm at least familiar with how it goes.

I live in Austintown as well.Sahm with 2 kids dd 8 and my ds will be 5 next month. How did the home birth go? I had both mine at home tone UC and one with a MW.
