I'm going on a trip soon with some friends, and really need a mid-weight stroller. I'm a babywearer, so I hate to buy a stroller for a week away that I'll never use again. I need something that reclines for my baby to nap in during the day, and that folds down pretty compactly so that it'll fit in my trunk along with all our stuff. I have excellent feedback on another board and on Ebay, if that matters. I'm pretty desperate here, so if you have something I could buy cheap or borrow, I hope you can help me out!

I have a MacLaren Techno stroller, bought in 2005, which you could have for free. The center buckle (at the crotch) came off, but we jerry-rigged the thing with a carabiner clip and it worked fine to keep baby strapped in. We then bought a replacement stroller so have no need for this old one, but since its not in perfect condition I'm not quite sure what to do with it!

Aside from the clip, it is in good shape, no problems, runs smooth and was a good all-purpose stroller for us. We used it for 2 years.

Anyway, if you only need it for a weekend and if Fair Lawn NJ is convenient drive for you to pick it up, its all yours.

http://www.answers.com/topic/2004-maclaren-techno-xt
