My ds is 2.5 yrs. old and my belly is still the size it was when I was 5-6 months pregnant! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/irked.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="irked">:<br><br>
A while ago, in another thread, someone mentioned that they learned somewhere on here the secret to losing the belly- and that sit-ups/crunches don't really do the trick.<br><br>
I've been looking and searching, but I can't seem to find the thread where this secret was shared, lol!<br><br>
Anyone...?

you've probably got a diastasis recti (seperation of the outer abdominal muscle) Check out the book <i>Lose Your Mummy Tummy</i> by Julie Tupler. She's got great exercises to bring the seperation together.
