<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> I swear I eat pretty darn healthy,I drink water till its comming out of my ears.......I only lose like a pound every 3 weeks........My waist size is in a unhealthy range my family has a history of heart problems so this worrys me......DS is over 12 months so I have thought about stopping bfing for selfish reasions but coulnt do it I really want to till 18-2 years or untill ds wants to quit(I dont think any time soon<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">).................I want my waist to go back to a 28 inch waist I am at a 30 right now but I am very short ..........I have done Herbalife for about 2 months only lost 5 pounds and like 1/2 inch off my waist =(Any ideas?<br><br>
Is the eat to live way of life good while bfing?Any weight loss with it you nursing mammas?How about YOU on a diet?Pls help this is truly depressing to me I fester on it 24/7<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/gloomy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Gloomy">:

I started weight training about 3 months ago and in the first 2 months I lost a total of 12 inches and I've gone down 2 sizes. Just walking and dieting alone didn't get me such drastic results that fast. ( and I'm still breastfeeding)

BeFit Mom -- what about c-section mamas? My tummy STILL hurts every once in a while, so I'm scared to do anything I used to do (jog, situps, etc).

My only advice is to look into T-tapp. There's a t-tapp thread on here. It's a video (or book) program that you do at home.
