so, about 2 months ago, my blood sugar was a little high, so to avoid going the whole GD route, I drastically cut back on my refined sugar and white flour etc.
I was good for so long, but now (a week before my due date) I'm starting to crumble...
The change in my diet was really good for me, it kept me from gaining a lot of weight during the pregnancy and (hopefully!) from having a BIG baby (DH is over 300 lbs, and I'm 5'2"
). Not to mention that when I took a good look at my diet, I realized how bad it really was!
Anyhoo, just looking for some support to stop eating the cookies, and go back to eating my veggies...I do still eat my oatmeal for breakfast every day (with cheese and hot sauce, yes, I'm odd)
