hi all,

this may be TMI but the last few days, rather than my usual pattern of one larger bowel movement per day, i'm having lots of smaller bowel movements.

is anyone else experiencing this? i can't seem to find info. easily online.

i'm wondering if this has to do w/the baby pressing on intestines, the same way she's pressing on the bladder and i'm having to pee more often.

Same here!! I don't recall this happening with my first pregnancy....but then again, I don't have a great memory....

I wasn't sure if it has been due to the baby or the fact I've been eating at least 1 bran muffin a day to up my iron intake....could be a combination of the 2.

this is happening to me too, and has been for at least the past 2 weeks!
I think it's a combo of hormones and pressure on the large intestine.

whatever it is, i'm definitely NOT constipated!!

and haven't significantly changed my diet

so i guess it's maybe just physical changes...
