i need some ideas for my son who is sensitive to carbs (makes him loopy), he is currently gluten and dairy free, but we need to include protein at each meal and make sure he is getting the good fats. any ideas?

Fatty fish like wild salmon that contains omega-3
Nut butters - roasted almond is very good
Grass-fed beef and/or bison
Eggs
Smoothies that include organic virgin coconut oil (I like Tropical Traditions)
Avocados (guac, cut up into salads, soups, chilis, etc.)
