low fat yogurt?

363 Views 2 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  Lolafanana
DD will only eat things off a spoon (applesauce, yogurt, etc) if I am eating them too. Any reason why I shouldn't share my low fat yogurt with her? I don't like the taste of yobaby.

While whole fat yogurt would be better for someone her age, you sharing the low fat yogurt you're eating isn't going to hurt her. I highly recommend at least using organic yogurt, especially if you're letting the baby have it.
I agree that whole fat is better but a lot of times my local stores only carry organic low fat plain yogurt and I would much rather have her eat plain low fat organic than non organic french vanilla something thats full fat, ya knw? The sugar content in most flavored yogurts is out of hand and let's not even talk about the non organic additives!
