Anyone else feel like baby is really low? I feel baby kick above my belly button, but when he settles down, it feels like he is always laying under my belly button. I don't remember my other kids staying down there this far into the pregnancy. I know position is nothing to worry about, I just do not remember my other kids staying so low... those kids stretched straight up and down since I could feel them moving-lol... Goodness, and I have never (before this pg) had to pee any more then normal... Now I am constanly peeing cause this kid will not get off my bladder-lol

I was just saying last night that I think this baby is sitting on my bladder! She feels really low - I always feel the kicks below my belly button and right on my bladder. It looks like I am carrying high - my fundus is right under my milkers but I have never felt her up there!

I hear you. This one occasionally kicks above my belly button, but mostly he stays low, and I have to pee constantly! If I'm standing up I feel like I need to pee, and on my walks I really have to engage my pelvic floor muscles (good practice I guess). Also, he sometimes feels like he's dancing on my bladder. That's fun.

I just started feeling mine kicking at my ribs about a week ago (I'm not quite 29 weeks), so I think he/she is no longer transverse. At my last mw appt, he/she was still transverse, and my mw mentioned that after the first pregnancy, it often takes longer for the baby to get into head down position or engage.

I was thinking this whole pregnancy that the baby was sooo low in my pelvis. I mean, having to pee right after I went, dancing on the bladder, everything. Then I went to see my midwife yesterday and she points out that the baby is head up, facing out, and his/her head is right below my ribs!!!!
About a month ago, baby was low and transverse.
I was so surprised because I have never felt any movement above my belly button. Maybe we have future soccer players on our hands...all feet and no hands!

Um, I don't mean actually no hands, just that they are using their feet and legs more than their arms. =)

my little guy has been up high this whole pregnancy (and transverse)... the last couple days during the day, he will flip to either feet or head down and start punching/kicking my bladder. Then when he sleeps he goes back to transverse. That gives me a little break

This little one is actually staying up high. She is constantly under my ribs and making ti very tender there.

DS was always very low and jumping on my bladder.

Yep, he's hanging out below my belly button. Sometimes he'll kick me around the belly button, but otherwise, I haven't felt anything above it. I have an appointment with the midwife tomorrow, so I'll be interested to see what my measurement is.

Yes, I have had this feeling too, but in my case I have a good reason--have a mullerian anomaly (either an arcuate or bicornuate uterus). There just isn't a lot of room at the top of my uterus, so I am not surprised LO likes to stay at the bottom!

I don't think I've ever felt this one above my belly button. She only recently moved up enough that DH doesn't have to be in my panties to feel her kick.
