Poor Theresa, I've been torturing her with questions, but I've got one finally done and another I just have to make the i-cord ties for. Here's some pics of the one that's done:

I used Lorna's Laces Shepards Worsted in the 'Sweetie' color. It's superwash and really soft!

Sorry if the doll is kinda creepy. It's one of ds's. It was strange, I've never taken a picture of a doll before.

And, EVERYBODY should try this pattern! I've never had something turn out so perfectly the way it is supposed to! And other than a few minor snags, caused from pg brain, it was really easy and really quick!!!

good job! i knit one last night!

it is a nice easy pattern, although i wish that the last part of the pattern instructed you to put your three remaining stitches onto the left needle prior to starting the applied i-cord. the first time i made the pattern, i finished the whole front, only to have 3 unworked stitches on one side of the brim, and three on the other.

Oh my gosh!!! Me too!!! (not on this hat, but on another one that I made) That was part of the many e-mails to Theresa. She told me what to do to fix it so it all ended up OK. Thank goodness! Maybe she could ammend that part?

Oh thats adorable! I'm going to get that when I have more paypal. Hanna Andersson pilot caps are so expensive that I just have a few, I can easily afford the pattern and yarn. Woot! For some reason it was off my radar the last time I looked at her patterns.

You did a great job on the cap. It's so darling, even on the scary baby doll
