LYMPHOCYTES and Urea

Okay. Im 2nd trimester (5.5 months) and had LOW levels of both on a recent bloodtest ( I was "fasting, though had some water).
Questions:
1. what does this mean? What is this indicative of?
2. How "low" should I be concerned about ( I understand that they were 3 to 4 points lower than the "average" but am unclear about what that is)
3. How should I proceed?
