<p>I just needed to vent in a safe place that I am tired of food issues and angry about managing them. I am so grateful to have the information to identify the food issues we have and am blessed to have the improvement in our health that we have found. But I feel angry. We have had a week of personal grief and I have not been on top of the food and have been looking for packaged/takeout foods we usually avoid. One of my guys reacted to lactic acid in a dinner roll and my other son had nightshades a couple of times hidden in food and has an awful rash on his face and has been feeling miserable. Gluten has gotten me and all my joints are aching and I just feel sick.</p>

<p>That is all just a vent.</p>
