I just found out that i am pregnant. I have had the worst bach ache ever for the last week and a half and just assumed i pulled somthing. But it is so bad that it interuppts my sleep and daily life. But now that i know i am pregnant i am concerned a bit. With my prev 2 i didn't have this sort of pain till well into my pregnancies. What could this pain be. Im a little concerned it could be tubal or somthing. Any answers for this worried mamma???? \
Walking 20 minutes or so a day really helps with the back and hip pain. Worked for me.

this time around my back went out before i knew i was pregnant and my sciatica (back/hip/outerthigh) pain was so severe it went all the way down my leg and caused the arch in my foot to "collapse"..basically, i couldnt walk for almost a week...it was hideous!! When i found out i was pregnant i was also scared it was ectopic, seeing as i was in so much insane pain. but, nope, all was fine, thats just the pains i got this time :
