I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that I'm growing a human! Intellectually, I know that I'm pregnant because I missed my period and the tests were positive but it still doesn't seem real somehow. So today during my lunch break, I went to Target and bought a 3-pack of gender neutral receiving blankets for the baby. I'm also trying to talk to the baby.<br><br>
What are you ladies doing to make it real?

Shortly, I will begin some baby knitting. I am trying to finish up a blanket for my youngest first.

Oooh that's a good idea! I used to knit hats all the time for my friends, maybe I should make a tiny one for the baby!

Yeah, feels surreal to me, too. I'm thinking about taking another pregnancy test just for fun and to help my mind grasp it better (I have an extra one). I figure it'll also slowly sink in, like it did with my son. Once I started feeling him kick, it became much more real to me <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up">
