I'm just looking to bounce this off some other mamas who have made tinctures in the past...
I make my own, quite frequently actually and have had good luck.
I'm wondering, I made a tea when I first found out I was pregnant - it has, among other things, raspberry leaf, oatstraw, nettle, etc.
But, I'm SICK of drinking it - I feel like if I put one more glass to my lips, I'm gonna hurl.
Think I can make it into a tincture? I'm asking b/c I've only ever made single herb tinctures and this would be my first combination.
What about the properties of the herbs? Will I be getting the same benefit if it's in tincture form as if it were in the tea?
Any thoughts are appreciated.
