Hey MDC friends :) Is there a place in the fitness area here for mamas who lift?



I'm getting back into shape for the umpteenth time and I'm looking for like minded individuals here.




I don't do a lot of cardio, I'm eating at a caloric surplus (trying to!), counting macros, and getting my body in shape to eventually start lifting.




Anyone else out there?
