3/6 1 30 minute mile walked + 10 minutes of walking + 70 minutes picking up sticks (which includes pushing a wheelbarrow full of sticks up and down our yard) + 5 minutes of stretching = 115
3/7 1 30 minute mile walked + 5 minutes of stretching = 35
3/8 1/2 mile walked in 25 minutes (I was so tired!) + 15 minutes of walking + 10 minutes riding my exercise bike + 5 minutes of stretching = 55
3/9 45 minutes of picking up sticks + 1 30 minute mile walked + 5 minutes of stretching = 80
3/10 45 minutes of walking + 1 30 minute mile walked = 75
115 + 35 + 55 + 80 + 75 = 360
380 + 360 = 740/2,000

3/10 after I posted: 40 minutes riding my exercise bike
3/11 1 hour riding my exercise bike (I decided to be smart and exercise inside instead of going out in the Florida heat to get dehydrated) + 10 minutes of walking + 1 35 minute mile walked = 105
I timed myself at stretching for about 7 minutes the other day so instead of posting 5 minutes each night, I'll put approximately 15 minutes every 3 nights.
3/12 1 30 minute mile walked - the humidity made me really tired! and it was about 81 degrees
40 + 105 + 30 so far = 175
740 + 175 = 915/2,000

I didn't post all weekend because on Thursday, 3/12 I was in a car accident. I was in a left turn lane on the way to the library with two of my children when the car two cars back didn't stop in time and ran into the car behind me, which ran into us, and we bumped into the car in front of us, which hadn't gone yet because the tractor at the very front was so slow (it turned right before the accident). I'm having some mild sciatic pain.
I'm very disappointed that I might not be able to reach my goal. For the last 11 months, I've exercised at least 2,000 minutes each month, and this month would have made it a year. I accept it as God's Will though, and I'm going to wait to exercise very much until the chiropractor gives me the okay. (I was thinking that maybe something will happen that will prevent me from reaching my goal, like getting pregnant, and then this happened!)
3/13 1 30 minute mile walked at sunrise - I was so happy to not be hurting that I took a walk.
3/14 20 minutes of walking
3/15 10 minute walk + 1 35 minute mile walked
3/16 10 minutes of walking
at least 15 minutes of stretching
= 120
915 + 120 = 1,035/2,000

Thank you Nazsmum! I feel fine, with very little pain most of the time if any, just waiting for the chiropractor to let me start exercising again. I'm going to see him again on Friday.

I'm not done exercising today but I came on to share the good news that yesterday the chiropractor said I can walk and ride my exercise bike again!! :) :) :)
3/17 raked for 30 minutes
3/20 walked for at least 20 minutes
3/21 walked 1/2 mile until I had sciatic pain, then watered the plants for 30 minutes total walking + 25 minutes riding my exercise bike + 10 minutes swept downstairs + 35 minutes vacuumed = 100
30 + 20 + 100 = 150
1,035 + 150 = 1,135/2,000

More good news is that my new weight low is 140. How exciting to think I could make it into the 130s like when I was in high school! It might not last long after Lent but I'm learning that I can fast and not get terribly hungry between meals.
