This is encouraging: Doctors are saying it may be healthier to be a little heavier
My foot is hurting like my period is about to start, and since it hasn't started tonight it will probably start tomorrow and my foot will continue hurting, and that will set me back in terms of my goal. I will try to take it easy tomorrow though.
3/22 rode my exercise bike for 40 minutes + walked 1 mile in 30 minutes + 10 minute walk + 20 more minutes riding my exercise bike = 100
3/23 20 minutes of walking
If it wasn't so late now, I would go ride my bike. My foot might be hurting too much anyway.
I'll be riding my bike more than walking as we finish up March because I can't walk very far without sciatic pain. I can't count stretching in my time anymore, either, because the chiropractor said to hold off on the core stretches and mainly just stick with the anti sciatica stretch. I sure can't complain about massages and chiropractic care though!
