congrats on doing the cleanse for that long. You could break it by starting to drink a strained vegetable broth. Then by eating raw veggies when you feel up to it. Take it slow and chew your food really well, taking time to mix the saliva in with the food. after a day or two of broth and raw veggies you should be able to add some cooked veggies and / or grains if you are going that route.
