Does anyone know any stores or online places that sell plain reasonably priced maternity clothes? The stuff they have at Target I think is very ugly and Old Navy maternity clothes all seem to be very fitted and tight. I like loose comfortable clothing, I just want some plain t-shirts, long and short sleeve in plain colors.

I found some basic pieces at reasonable prices at Lands End- www.landsend.com

If you click on overstocks and search for "maternity", there are six pages of sale priced stuff. You can return things at Sears too, instead of having to send it back.

Jcpenney has some nice stuff, both online and in the store. I believe their t-shirts and some of the stuff is on sale right now.

Also imaternity.com has some cute stuff. I think they are a store of a few stores put together (pea in a pod, motherhood etc) they also had t-shirts that looked really nice.

motherhood has some nice stuff, but their return policy stinks and some of the prices are a little high. They tend to have a nice variety of things, atleast if you are not a plus size that is!

I have also heard good things about sears, they carried the landsend brand now too.

HTHs!

Also, sometimes it works just to wear a larger size(atleast at first it does!)

If you have an H&M near you, they have some cute stuff. The pants can be a little pricey but the shirts are reasonable. Their styles range from the more fitted shirts (which I prefer) to the more blousey, empire waisted loose fitting shirts. They have great colors and necklines. It's a little more "mode" than Landsend, but comfy and fun.

I like getting stuff from secondhand stores. After all, a LOT of the stuff in those stores has only been worn for one pregnancy, and most people don't wear the clothes for a full nine months, usually you start needing them around the second trimester, and often you switch seasons halfway through... so I've found som CUTE maternity clothes for very low prices. Sometimes they even have the tags still on!
