I'm excited to start another month!<br><br>
I think I'll go for 1000 this month. I may slow down or reduce my goal if my bum knee starts acting up........<br><br>
Here's what I have so far....<br><br>
5/1 - 30 minutes cardio - elliptical<br>
30 minutes lunges and weights<br>
5/3 - 15 minutes weights and abs<br>
30 minutes elliptical<br><br><b>105/1000</b>

wow! you gals are jumping right in!<br>
ds had me up at 5am with teething bfing needs, then went back to sleep. I actually got out of bed and went to the gym at 6am, a small miracle!<br><br>
today: spinning class plus wts 50min<br><br>
