can anyone tell me of a place that sells decent priced organic cotton underwear (briefs) for my soon to be 3 year old.
He has Thomas Tank underwear but hates the elastic around the top. So I started looking for briefs, but they all seem to have this elastic that feels uncomfortable.
Am I just looking in the wrong places? When I searched online for cotton boys briefs, it is the organic ones that don't have the harsh elastic and look so comfy.
Any WHAM's who make 'em? I'd love to hear from any experienced mom's or perhaps you've spotted something like what I'm looking for.
Thanks a bunch!

I"ve heard the hanna's are pretty good too. I had a momma ask if I could make some for her son that were similar, but never had the time. Would it work to just cover the elastic? Would he wear gerber style undies?? I'm in the process of training my boys right now, who are 3 also. I made them their own training pants with snaps at the sides, but haven't ventured into the actual undies. I supose I might someday!

thank you ladies

I thought the Hanna briefs were just what I was looking for. Look much more comfortable. Maybe I can ask my neighbor to make me something. Nice, soft cotton ALL the way around, perhaps with the snaps or velcro on the side for easy take off. I know nothing of sewing, only that I can't! Oh well. I am checking out a few training pants as well. Like the Handey's at the One Step Ahead site and something else I can't remember right now. Just for the trips out. Am I too paranoid about getting the carseat dirty?
If anyone has tried something the like for the first outings without diapers, let me know that too!
Thanks again
