I am getting another Maya Wrap soon. Right now I have a solid color and I am considering getting a patterned one. I have heard that some of the patterns bleed? Which ones are good ones to get and do they end up clashing with your clothing?

Thanks,

I have the brightest, most colerful mayawrap there is (it is yellow, pink, green, red, and every color in between!) and it hasen't bled at all for me. I chose it because of the colors, figuring it would match anything I had on I absolutely love it, and infact, I had to buy one this summer, as I moved and had to return the one I was borrowing. the new ones have a pocket at the tail of them... very handy

there are pictures of Molly in it at www.picturetrail.com/meagen if you want to see!

I have a very bright pattern too and it hasn't bled at all. We use it for a blanket, burp rag etc. too! :LOL

There's two or three that are predisposed to bleeding and there's a note on the fabrics page about that.

I have the bright blue and green wrap.
It bled. A lot.
I hand washed it in cold water with vinegar and salt. After about three times, it stopped bleeding. At first, though, it bled so much that it got on my skin while wearing it.
I love the color, but I wouldn't get it again...
