I wanted to know if there is anyway to make meatballs healthier. I thought about ground turkey or soy ones. What can I mix in to make it even better? I plan to pack them in ds's lunch with little dipping sauces and a toothpic.
Thanks! marinara with parmesean was his fav. sauce to dip. I offered honey mustard, BBQ, and pineapple salsa. Any other dip ideas? He is asking for salmon patties cut into triangles. Im worried about it staying fresh in a lunch bag because it is pretty darn hot here.
