I'm trying to keep calm and possitive but seem to fluctuate from euphoria to scared witless! I want to talk to my mom (in a different country) but she's not answering her phone.

I'm well prepared. i know I am. I've read lots of sample parenting plans. I know whats already ordered (EOW visitation, and it's not a temp order.) and am being more generous and flexable than that. I read the thread here on what others wished they had included or did include in there plan 3 times then wrote out the points relevant to my family. I've come up with my own 8 page long plan which a few friends have read and commented on. I know what I want to stand firm on, and what is flexable.

I'm a wreck!!!!!!!!

That was 4 hours of my time wedand $280 down the drain as far as I'm concerned. According to the mediator and my attorney it was actually very successful just because we got most of the custody and visitation issues resolved. Joint legal and physical custody with the children primarily residing with me. EOW and every other wednesday evening until 8pm with their dad, which is what I had already offered him. Over the summer eow starts at 10am friday until 10am monday morning and the wednesday is from wednesday 10am until thursday 10am. I'm very happy with that. I hope the kids get used to it. Last weekend I had over 5 calls from them begging me to come get them.

Apart from that sbx wants to keep the house and wants to reduce the amount of support by half so that he can afford to stay in the house. off to court we go!

Even the mediator told me my sbx is reacting out of anger and was making very unreasonable requests.

That sounds pretty reasonable in terms of visitation!! Close to what I have with my ex. As for the support - glad you're pursuing it!!

I forgot to say, as he wanted every other week originally for custody, I offered him 15 additional days to be taken with his regular time for no longer than 14 days in a row for vacations and he REDUCED it to 10 days!
