I don't know who your last pedi was but Arshia Hashmy is very close to Long Beach and is awesome, AP-parent and grandparent, very gentle and kind. Im pretty sure she takes medi-cal. Good Luck!

We do delayed/selective vaxxing and she is fine with it. I know she has patients who don't vax at all, I really don't think she minds. Her staff (front office and med.assts) aren't the most ap-friendly but to me the most important one is the one seeing my child and she is really very kind and informed. My son is "skinny" and she never once told me to supplement with formula and she knows we co-sleep and never saw a problem with it, she even encouraged me to consider homeschooling (I told her I was just thinking about it and she was very encouraging.)

BTW, I talked to her office the other day and they do take medi-cal.
