I've had these articles saved on my fave's for some time now and actually printed them out and brought them to the counselor at my OB's office.

I found those a while ago after my mom shared that she went to a really hippie indian doctor while she was pregnant with my 3 brothers and I and that the dr told her to have a J a few times a day since she couldn't keep anything down. It made me giggle. I favorited them immediately.
