I was listening to the radio yesterday and they said that 70% of the people with HIV in Michigan are men.All of the men I have known are circumcised and I know the circumcision rates are still high here.

That's because RIC does not prevent HIV+ in the USA

America has not only the highest rates of circumcision in the western world (besides Israel) but we also have some of the highest rates of AIDS infection rates in the western world.

It just shows how stupid the idea of expanding RIC in America to fight AIDS would be.

Really, pro-circers needed a new reason to circ, because the last reason they created in the 80's (UTI's) parents are starting to realize makes no sense.
