Hi! Im just writing a document addressing the 'key selection criteria'. I am trying to describe how my previous exerience of 'extensive stakeholder consultation'' was vital to ensuring 'buy-in' by the stakeholders.... but I hate the term 'buy-in'. Please tell me there is a simple alternative word that is less Ricky Gervais

Hi - thanks! 'Endorsement' is pretty good. This statement of Key Selection Criteria is about a mile long and giving me a huge headache!!

I know the feeling! I love the "synonym" function in Word for that. I don't know if there's a lanuguage issue, though (I'm in the states).
