Does anybody have any personal experience with midwives and homebirth in the Pasadena area? I have been referred to Sue Walcott. Has anybody dealt with her in the past and can you please share your experiences?
thanks.

She wasn't my midwife, but I've only heard great things about her.
She does back up for my mw and my mw for her.

I'm currently 24W 2D and using Sue Wolcott as my midwife. She's a very sweet woman who knows her stuff. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Margo Kennedy is my MW. She is AMAZING!!! Helped me achieve my VBAC. She has an office on Lake Street on Saturdays, she also teaches at Keck.

I also used Margo Kennedy with my last two babies and she was great! Knowledgeable, Experienced, Calm - everything you want your midwife to be! She's now working both as a CNM and Clinical Director at the Del Mar Birth Center in South Pasadena, CA
