Ds weaned from his last nursing session of the day when he was about 3.75yo. He's now 4y2mo. Before he weaned, he was down to once a day for a couple months, I think.
I've noticed that my breasts are still pretty lumpy, and they've been sensitive recently (usually around af). So on a whim, in the shower I tried to hand express, and what do ya know? Milk!!
I was really sure it would have dried up by now. Is this normal?

My son weaned at 16 months and my breast were hard and full for 4 months and I could still express at 5 months. Try a cabbage leaf, crushed with a rolling pin, in your bra. It will help with the swelling and the angry ducts and your supply with go down.
