...for my cousin.

She works on the fifth floor of a building, and stores her breastmilk in the refrigerator. Today there was a freon leak in her building. I told her that the milk should be safe since freon only causes asphyxiation when a large concentraion is inhaled, enough to displace oxygen. The milk is in plastic bottles and aren't refrigerators airtight?

I also suggested that she call her pediatrician, but I decided to ask her anyway. Who knows what he might suggest depending upon his knowledge of freon.

Would you throw out the milk or keep it?
