So, I came across the much discussed whole fat milk study recently. I do have ovulation issues ie I don't usually ovulate and I do drink skim milk (I have for my whole life actually) and eat skim cottage cheese and yogurt.
My question: Has anyone here actually switched from skim or lowfat to full fat with the hopes of inducing or strengthening ovulation? Did it work?
Before I have to majorly change my life to accomodate the extra calories (I'm already more than plump) I just want to know if it actually works. It seems to me it could be one of those situations where there appears to be a correlation but there isn't causality (ie women's hemlines and rabbit population growth or the increase in school shootings since Elmo was introduced on Sesame Street.)
Any and all comments and experiences would be great!
Thanks,
Jenne
