I know there's been other threads on this - maybe try searching? I'm not sure about the safety aspect, though I'm betting it's a lot better than traditional commercial makeup.

Either way, I've been using the Bare Escentuals for about six months now and I LOVE it!

It looks like I have nothing on at all - just much better, balanced skin tone.
