missing snappi tooth

Well, I was just looking at one of my snappi's and it is missing a tooth. Ack! So there is a snappi tooth lurking somewhere in my home.

I think I know what happened, but it still concerns me, because I don't know WHERE it is. The other day I had ds coverless. He was in a snappi'ed pf. He was crawling and all of a sudden I heard a "pop" and he started crying. I had no idea what had happened. I picked him up and noticed some blood on my shirt. It was coming from his knee. The bottom of the snappi had come loose and he had put his knee down on it. At the time I couldn't figure out what the popping sound had been. Now I know. It was the snappi tooth breaking off.

So the question is, where is the tooth? Is it in the carpet? I don't think it's in ds's knee.

Of course, I'm worried that he might somehow ingest it, or get cut by it again.

Does everyone else realize that coverless snappied pf's are dangerous? Or was it just a fluke that the snappi came loose and hurt him?

Yep, snappi's are pretty scary. I just found a snappi with 3 missing teeth! I have NO idea where they are but it is a tad scary. We always make sure to put covers on Sara when she's got a snappi on because she's never been hurt but she's gotten stuck the to carpet while crawling a few times!
It really isn't funny at all but it was SO funny at the time to watch! He he he!

Yikes! 3 missing teeth! I had no idea this could happen to snappi's! I'm really scared of them now! Still not brave enough to try the pins, though!

I'm cracking up picturing your dd stuck to the carpet!
The snappi company warns against letting your child be coverless with a snappi. They caution to always use a cover with the snappi!

We've had a couple teeth break off- mainly from me forgetting to pick them up and then stepping on them. But my poor son has snappi'ed himself to the bed numerous times- it's hilarious.lol
