Oh, I use the Knox gelatin packet. It is probably about a Tablespoon.
Agave would probably work just fine in it. I have to use stevia since I am on an anti-candida diet. I would definitely dress it up with fruit as well if I could.
It is one of my few treats I can since I'm intolerant to dairy, eggs and am on an anti-candida diet.
I think next I'll try doing a chilled pumpkin pie type pudding, just adding pumpkin puree, spices and a bit of real vanilla bean.
Tonight I just made some with honey, blueberry "juice" (blueberries in my vitamix) and coconut milk. I jelled the coconut milk with whole blueberries sprinkled around then when mostly set I poured over the blueberry juice. I'm a fuss when it comes to things looking purty lol
