One thing I'm really curious about is whether a mama is more apt to have a seriously decreased milk supply the older her nursing child is when the pregnancy happens. When reading the nursing threads in the DDCs, it *seems* to be that most often the mamas with the huge decreases have older nursers (2-3 years +), but certainly not always.
I wish there were more studies on this topic.
