Yes. Everything is the fault of the anti-vaxxxinators. Including the budget deficit, and the heartbreak of psoriasis, not to mention restless leg syndrome.

"There is no specific treatment or vaccine for monkeypox, the CDC says, though the smallpox vaccine was used in 2003 to help contain the outbreak."

Does that work? Why do we need a new flu vaccine every year, if one pox vaccine will work for all the other poxes too?

That is one of the spectacular mysteries around the smallpox vaccine. The original system, developed perhaps by the Chinese, used actual smallpox to create a mild (hopefully) infection and lasting immunity. Jenner came up with the odd idea that cow or horse pus rubbed into broken skin could have the same result.
