Wondering if anyone else has read this book by Donna Bryant Goertz. I found it very empowering both as a teacher and as a parent of a child who is "not yet peaceful".
It is an awesome, awesome book. I wish all teachers ran their classrooms as wisely and humanely as Goertz does on a daily basis. She basically talks through the process of integrating "difficult" children into a Montessori classroom. Several of the chapters brought tears to my eyes.
The title of the book is "Children Who Are Not Yet Peaceful"
