Occasionally, I get that much suction when I put mine in, and I scoop my finger around to the back (opening) of the cup and break the suction, b/c I think it's more important for the cup to be fully open, and I don't like the suction!
Also, sometimes opening it before it's all the way in (can you figure that out? Hard to explain!) does the trick... be careful, though!
Also, I usually put lube on the sides...
