My sister and I were talking this morning and she had mentioned how an herbalist she talks to is in love with this particular dr. and his theories (in regards to fertility) and recently sent her a link saying maybe she wasn't getting pregnant due to x, y, and z and to look into his mucos free diet. I asked what that enttailed since she said it sounded very restricted. No dairy, no meat, only a couple kinds of grains etc. Prior to this tangent in our conversation we had been talking about sex and lube. So a thought occured to me after she mentioned the mucos free diet.
Since going vegetarian I have noticed I am more dry down below. I had thought it was just from nursing and being pregnant etc. But I can remember what that area was like before all this and there was a difference between a hormonal dry and this. This version of dry has only been recent. So I asked my sister if she was more dry now as well. Turns out they only had to introduce lube after going veggie.
So as a matter of curiosity, are you more dry, less dry, or is there no difference? If this mucos free diet cuts out meat I would imagine more of us are naturally dryer since we are not meat eaters. I would also imagine those off you who are vegan are more so than us lacto-ovo's.
