Or maybe, the aftermath?<br><br>
I've been having serious "mud butt" issues - for lack of a better term. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/redface.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Embarrassment"><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"><br><br>
Have managed to clog our toiled twice because I wipe, and wipe and wipe.... icky, I know.<br><br>
Anyone else have this problem? What's the deal? Do I need more fiber or something? FWIW, I've not had constipation issues...

I use cloth wipes for my son and latley for me too. I wet them wipae and throw them in with the diaper laundry. My poor butt is still recovering from pregnancy number one and 36 hours of feeling like I was trying to deliver my son through my butt hole. CLoth wipes are much kinder to my tush <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">.

me too! And I thought I was the only one <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/loveeyes.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Loveeyes">: I feel like I can never get clean - it's gross and has been for this entire pregnancy.

we use a mix of cloth and tp and the cloth definitely does a better job - especially if i get it wet. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile">

I guess I have the same problem too. I've been wetting the TP under the tap, but that gets to be a pain since the sink is across the room. The whole situation is compounded by the nasty hemorroids I have suddenly developed, despite not having had a firm BM in two weeks now. I guess I'll hit the drugstore and look for some flushable wipes too. Wow, can't believe how much I'm sharing! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/redface.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Embarrassment">

I bought Tuck's pads today, as I've heard good things about them. They are for hemorrhoids and other ailments of the genital area (think postpartum) so I'll let you know how they are. They were quite pricey though!

You just reminded me to make sure I have those on hand for postpartum - forgot all about that! I remember them being quite the survival item (or some variety of witch hazel soaked swabbing method).

I've been having the same problem! I thought I was just not cleaning well enough, but I was afraid to wipe too much. Maybe I will get me some of those flushable wet wipes or tucks.
