So suddenly the last few mornings I've been nauseous again. Yesterday it hit me suddenly, I had already showered and was blow drying my hair when I suddenly got hit with a wave of nausea, a heat flash, started hyper salivating (really weird, that's a new one)... it lasted about 15 minutes, deep breathing, laying on the cold tile floor, and pressure points got me through it. Then I felt just "blah" for a few more hours.

Today again, although not quite as bad. I just had to sit down and take deep breaths for a few minutes, then I could finish getting ready for work. Then later I was just standing in my boss' office having a short meeting and again got hit with a hot flash and a bit of nausea...was contemplating having to leave quickly! (but didn't, I made it through)

What is going on? Is this some morning sickness? Blood pressure fluctuation? Blood sugar issues? Or not pregnancy related...a bug of some sorts? I have no idea! Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

I don't know, but I am having the same problem. I almost passed out when I was in the bathroom the other day. I've been constipated and generally uncomfortable, and all of a sudden I got nauseous and dizzy and had to lay down.

Then yesterday, I had some diarrhea and nausea, and I am still nauseous today. I don't know what it is, but I don't like it.

I threw up this AM and am sick again right now....

After a week of practically no pregnancy symptoms...

Another hormone surge? Lord, this SUCKS.

I also had a 36 hour stomach bug 3 weeks ago!

I hope this pregnancy is no indication of what this child will be like when out!

Well, today I feel better, but my 4 yr old stayed home from school. He threw a monster tantrum last night before bed, which is out of character for him, and then this morning told me he thought he was going to throw up. Knowing what I've felt like the last couple days, I decided to keep him home. He ate breakfast okay, then I left him with the nanny and came to work and haven't heard from them yet, so I assume he's just lazing around.

Well that's what I thought, too, so I was headed to the kitchen to get an apple or something to munch on when I had to just drop to the floor and work really hard to get through the waves of nausea. And usually if it's my blood sugar, I feel better almost immediately after eating, but with these feelings I've been not wanting food, nothign sounds good, I try to eat and have to stop... It's different. Very "bug" like. Now with Ian having it, I'm more sure that it's a bug.

I saw my doc last night for a routine appt, and she said she is pretty sure I have a bug too. I am still a little nauseous and dizzy today, but not like before. Food is a little more appetizing now, so that's good.

Me too. My m/s actually DID come back with my other two babies, but not until much later than this. I'm hoping it's just a bug, I really won't be happy if I really only get a 4 week break from the m/s this time!
