Well, I woke up this morning feeling terrible! I've been feeling kind of yucky the past week, but still able to function. But today I had to call in sick to work! I'm just greatful that I only have 1 child at home today. And she's been a very good girl. I have just been laying around on the couch all day. The only thing I've been able to accomplish is some laundry. And my daughter Natalie has been watching movies all morning I feel kind of bad, but I just can't seem to get myself going. How is everyone else feeling?

I'm actually sort of envious! I just have this constant low-level aversion to most food but no actual nausea. In a way it would be comforting to have full-blown morning sickness. I'm 6 weeks, maybe it will start later? When does it usually start?

Sorry you're feeling so bad though

I guess I can chime in here now, too, for which I am officially thrilled although it's pretty miserable. Yesterday I was nauseous pretty much all day long, on and off. I stopped by my mom's house and picked up sea bands (pressure points for my wrists) and I think they're really helping. Today has been much better, though still some moments of "ick." Again, THRILLED for the symptom--never had this with our last pregnancy.

I'm so happy that it hasn't hit me yet. It was brutal the last time. I can't remember when it started, but my DP swears it was before 5 wks.

Tear78- Congrats on the twins! So exciting! Do you think that's why you have morning sickness this time?

Last time for me it hit around 7-8 weeks. I felt better by 15 weeks. Today wasn't so bad - I think for me the worst is yet to come!

It could be...but last time wasn't a viable pregnancy, so that's the big reason I'm dancing around about the nausea now. I hope the twins are both doing well, and that's why I'm feeling yucky!!!

Wow! Congrats on the twins! That is so exciting! I've been just kind of laying around all weekend. I've been super tired along with my nausea. Hopefully it won't last to long!

I'm like ursusarctos, I don't have nausea, just a constant food aversion despite being ravenously hungry!

I'm 6 weeks today and the all day nausea is right on schedule. It started at 6 weeks with my last two pregnancies as well. I didn't want to eat much today and there is no way in heck I'm taking my prenatal vitamin today. It'll just come right back up.

Well yesterday I had some actual waves of nausea, which was new. Gagged a bit making dal for dinner (which was the first thing I've made in a week... besides cereal ) and the CLO+orange juice did NOT settle well. Blech. And today I'm having a similar feeling. Actually I talked to my mom and she said for her it was always worst after 8 weeks or so. Well I'm 7 weeks today so it could be that the fun times are just starting!

Anyone else wish they could puke just so they'd feel better for a little while? The constant nausea is such a pita. I feel so lazy just laying around, but as soon as I get up...sigh. I just can't bear to function!!!

Me! We are currently traveling cross country and I have constant nausea. This morning I was so temped to make myself throw up in hopes of feeling better, but its best the baby gets some food rather than the toilet. I talked my husband into stopping early today so I could take a nap and relax. This sickness is too much to handle.

I hope everyone else is having a better time with their nausea!!
