HI ladies!

I am asking on behalf of a friend. I *think* I was influential on helping her along the cloth path so I feel the intense desire to help... LOL! She has Motherease one size dipes and 4 covers as her stash. She is branching out into prefolds... will she need to buy new covers to go over the prefolds or will the Motherease work out fine? Anyone know? Her daughter seems like a heavy wetter... do you think preolds will cut it?

My prefolds work fine under my Air Flow covers. Not too bulky for my taste or anything. My OS diapers are new, so maybe they're not at full absorbancy, but I find that my prefolds are more absorbant than the OS.

The Mother-Ease covers should fit just fine over a prefold

Oh yeah, ME covers will be fine, she will need a snappi or pins though. Perfolds work great for heavy wetters.

I can trifold in my Airflow covers, but they do tend to slip and slide a bit

In a word, yes. We've got mostly prefolds and ME AF. Here's ds in a premium ubcpf snappied under a medium ME AF. He was about 5-6 months old at the time, maybe 12-13 pounds.
