It has been a while.... I have been reading post about weight mngt./loss/exercise and so on. I need some serious ideas for scheduling some exercise. Here is my "life": 2 small children, husband works shift work, I work full time, live in country (dark at night) and live in Canada (cold all the time). I love to exercise but seem to have a great difficulty finding the time. Any suggestions? Currently a DF and I go to a "curves" type facility 1x per week.
